Submission Procedure

• Articles must be original and free from any sort of plagiarism. The authors of the articles will be responsible for any such misconduct.
• Articles must be written in a way that is easy for all the readers of all domains to understand.
• Articles should be written within 2-4 pages, font size: 12, Times New Roman, Spacing: 1.5, and justify.
• Articles should have an introduction and conclusion. Abstracts and summaries along with maximum of 5 keywords in the beginning are most preferred.
• Tables and figures in proper format and citation are always encouraged.
• A minimum of 2-4 references must be included at the end of the article (in APA style) and all the references must have their respective in-text citations. 
• The articles must be submitted to the email id: vigyanvarta@gmail.com.
• After submission of the article, the author will be provided with an author agreement form that he/she has to duly fill and submit to the same Email-id.
• Once the articles are accepted, the publication will be done within a period of 20-25 days. The author will be intimated in email about the tentative date of publication, after completion of all formalities.
• Please note that articles submitted after 5th of every month will be published in the subsequent month. 
• Any query will be addressed by the email id provided.
• There are no processing or submission charges. However, there is a nominal publication charge of Rs 300 per article (effective from 6th Jan, 2024 onwards).
• Please note that we do not charge fees per author. However, it is strongly advised to limit the number of authors to a maximum of 6 authors per article as these are short articles. In case the number of authors increase more than 6 then extra charges shall be levied. 
• The publication charge can be paid by online transfer. The details details  will also be sent to you via email after acceptance of the manuscript.
